Directions
- Sauté garlic and ginger in butter then add brown sugar and allow caramelizing slightly.
- Add mango and chicken stock and reduce until it forms light syrup.
- Sauté all vegetables briefly and add to the sauce along with the berries. Simmer for 10 minutes and add starch as needed to keep consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
